Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Hire as outlined below.

The hirer must be 18+ and is responsible for all equipment during the hire.
A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to secure your hire.
Deposits will be returned within 20 days of collection, subject to equipment being returned in the same condition as delivered.
Costs relating to damage, excessive cleaning or missing items may be deducted from the deposit.

Delivery and collection times will be agreed in advance.
The hirer must ensure suitable access is available at the venue.
If delivery or collection is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate any revised timings as soon as possible.
Additional delivery charges may apply outside our standard service area.

It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure there is sufficient space for the equipment booked.
The setup area must be clean, dry, level and free from hazards.
Equipment must not be moved once installed by Coopers Party Hire.
We reserve the right to refuse installation if we believe the location is unsafe.

All equipment is designed for children aged 0–5 years unless otherwise stated.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the equipment.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring children use the equipment safely and appropriately.
No rough play, climbing on walls, wrestling, somersaults, or misuse of equipment is permitted.
Shoes, jewellery, badges, sharp objects and spectacles should be removed before play where appropriate.
Food, drinks, chewing gum, face paint, glitter, slime, confetti, party poppers and similar substances are not permitted on or near the equipment.
Pets are not permitted on the equipment.

The hirer is liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged, lost or stolen equipment during the hire period.
Charges may apply for:
- Missing ball pit balls
- Damaged soft play shapes
- Damage caused by food, drink, face paint, slime, ink or similar substances
- Excessive cleaning requirements
If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the security deposit, the hirer agrees to pay the outstanding balance.

Outdoor hires are subject to suitable weather conditions.
Coopers Party Hire reserves the right to cancel or refuse setup if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
Where possible, alternative arrangements or a transfer of booking date will be offered.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may have deposits transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in loss of deposit.
Any refunds are issued at the discretion of Coopers Party Hire.

Coopers Party Hire accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage arising from misuse of the equipment.
The hirer accepts responsibility for all persons using the equipment during the hire period.
Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0–5 years. Older children using the equipment do so at their own risk and Coopers Party Hire accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from use outside the recommended age range.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

From time to time, we may take photographs of our setups for marketing purposes.
No photographs of children will be used without permission from a parent or guardian.

Payment of a deposit and/or balance confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
